Unipart extends Three UK contract

Unipart Logistics has extended its contract with Three UK to provide logistics and distribution services until 2023.

Unipart Logistics, part of the Unipart Group, provides warehousing and logistics services for all Three customers. Unipart delivers a full omni-channel service, covering all 324 Three retail stores as well as Three’s direct customers across their full product portfolio.

To enhance its offer to Three – and its customers – Unipart Logistics is bringing in new technology to maximise the speed and efficiency of delivery to customers.

Claire Walters, Chief Commercial Officer at Unipart Logistics, said she was delighted that Three was extending the contract.

“We have worked in partnership with Three since their launch in 2003, and supported their growth from an initial challenger in mobile to a key UK player and industry leader.

“Three recognise the importance of our innovation and use of advanced technology and analytics to ensure customers’ expectations are met without fail.

“We are incredibly proud to extend the contract, and we already have exciting plans under way to ensure Three continue to deliver market-leading service to their customers.”

Dan Halsey, Head of Supply Chain at Three UK said: “Unipart Logistics continues to be our partner of choice to meet both today’s customer needs and, importantly, the ever evolving future requirements as we continue to grow our business.

“In the fast-changing world of mobile technology, we need partners who can innovate, think ahead and truly care about our customers as much as we do.

“We continue to be impressed by the creativity, passion and commitment of Unipart Logistics people and we are looking forward to continuing to work with them for at least the next four years.”
