Unipart digital transformation recognised with HubSpot Impact Award


Unipart’s comprehensive digital transformation initiative has been named the winner of the HubSpot 2025 Impact Award for Product Excellence (EMEA), awarded to its specialist partner BabelQuest for its work in architecting Unipart’s global solution. This recognition highlights Unipart’s commitment to operational excellence and its ability to scale complex systems across a global enterprise.

This transformation was achieved in close collaboration with BabelQuest, a specialist HubSpot Elite Partner. By combining Unipart’s complex operational requirements with BabelQuest’s technical architecture expertise, it successfully integrated seven previously siloed divisions into a unified, cohesive digital ecosystem, providing a single source of truth, real-time pipeline visibility and providing our leadership with complete clarity of our growth opportunities.

  • Enterprise-Wide Adoption: Unipart achieved 100% Sales Hub adoption across 80+ users within the business.
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Unipart has institutionalised sales coaching using next-gen tools like HubSpot’s Breeze Assistant and AI-driven Deal Loss Agents.
