Mia Vigus-Munton joined us in September 2024 as a Software Engineer after studying Computer Science at the University of Leicester. Mia has found the Unipart Graduate Programme to be valuable for both her professional and personal development, particularly highlighting the benefit of the graduate training days and the supportive company culture. The programme’s structure with different placement rotations has allowed her to explore various engineering areas, helping her to build a clearer picture of her career aspirations.
We asked Mia to share her thoughts of the programme and her career aspirations as she approaches one year into the programme.
