Commitment to achieving Net Zero
Unipart Logistics commits to achieving net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and net-zero Scope 3 emissions by 2040 against a 2021 baseline. Unipart had near-term and net zero emission reduction targets validated by the Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi) in 2023, committing Unipart in line with climate science of 1.5 degree warming.
Unipart has also signed up to the UN Race to Zero Campaign. As part of this campaign, Unipart is required to achieve net zero emissions as soon as possible, and by 2050 at the latest.
