The Challenge
A leading global technology OEM needed a trusted partner to manage its entire reverse supply chain across a complex product portfolio.
The goal was to maximise asset value through reuse, enhance the customer experience with faster UK repair times post-Brexit, and support strategic growth into new markets like Saudi Arabia, all while upholding exacting brand and ESG standards.
The Solution
Building on our 17-year partnership, we developed a dedicated circular economy solution. We established a UK centre of excellence for laptop repair, achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction.
To prove a new business case for trade-ins, our team trained over 100 people in two weeks to launch a screening line, a model later rolled out globally. We also managed the setup of a new, state-of-the-art logistics facility in Saudi Arabia.
