Unipart runners raise over £870 for local children’s hospital charity

Battling through the wind and rain Unipart Strivers – a team from Unipart Oxford – came out tops at the recent Oxford Mail OX5RUN charity run, on behalf of Oxford Children’s Hospital, and raised over £870 in the process.

The team took part in the annual five mile charity run around the grounds of Blenheim Palace and beat 69 other teams to become overall winners and proud recipients of the Challenge Cup.

More than 1,200 runners took part this year’s run in aid of the Oxford Children’s Hospital charity. The charity helps raise the funds needed to provide the very latest medical equipment and best possible facilities, for babies and toddlers through to teens for all the departments within the Oxford Children’s Hospital and across Children’s Services within the Trust.
