One of the key tools used within our manned guarding operation is the Comm Cell.
This is a place where all the required information is displayed, thus enabling the officers to quickly see what is happening and to raise any concerns they have with anything that is affecting them or the customer.
This leads on to an action plan that then leads to improvement. This is very visual but also more importantly gives every officer a voice and the ability to raise any concerns. This is openly displayed for the customer to see along with all officers and management.
We also understand, through our own experiences as customers, that one of the main issues which arise is the poor management of contracts. We have addressed this by ensuring our Contract Managers are allocated fewer sites within a small geographical area. This ensures our customers receive the best service available, with their Contract Manager always available to deal with any on site problems immediately.
